Location: Dundee
Position: Commercial Property Secretary
Salary: 23,500 - 26,000, DOE

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the commercial property team, including managing correspondence, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, such as leases, sales agreements, and property reports.
- Manage client communications and maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties, and colleagues.
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and property viewings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases related to commercial property matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and firm policies.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a legal secretary or in a similar administrative role, preferably within commercial property.
- Strong understanding of property law and legal terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-focused attitude.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in using legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
