With a friendly and collaborative team environment, you will be welcomed and supported as you play a key part in delivering for their tenants within the Property Services Team.

Your new role

• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing customer enquiries and keeping them informed.
• Handle calls and correspondence with customers and contractors effectively.
• Monitor and respond to email queries, including repair requests, from tenants and owners.
• Issue repair work orders and liaise with LHA contractors to ensure efficient reactive repairs, landscaping, and void property services for tenants and factored owners.
• Oversee void property processing, administration, and coordination.
• Manage contracts effectively, including administration and monitoring contractor performance.
• Check invoices and ensure they align with work orders.
• Support the Property Services Team with administrative tasks.
• Schedule pre- and post-inspections for Property Services Officers.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous Repairs/Maintenance Experience within a Housing Association

What you'll get in return
19.18 Per Hour (PAYE)
Mon-Wed in Office Thurs-Fri Home Working
On Site Parking
