Full Job Description
Duties:
- Identify and secure fresh valuation opportunities.
- Successfully transforming valuations into new business opportunities
- Ensure accurate pricing
- Identify other business opportunities
- Show prospective buyers/tenants stock of sale/lease properties
- Promote the features of each property
- Highlight other suitable properties to viewers where appropriate; cross sell
Contract:
Permanent
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a Legal or Property industry
- Must hold a clean drivers license with the ability to drive a manual car
- Weekend working (every Saturday)
Hours:
15 hours per week over 3 days
