Protection Adviser

An exciting opportunity for Protection Advisers to join a rapidly growing and successful Mortgage Brokerage based in South Lanarkshire. This is an employed position with no expectation of self-generating leads, all leads will be provided by the firm.

Role Requirements

• A grounded understanding of protection products to provide suitable protection advice
• Natural ability to identify opportunities will be a key to your success within this role, mainly identifying opportunities to promote protection products where appropriate
• A meticulous approach to paperwork, the accuracy of data entry/electronic filing.
• A clear, concise, polite, and reassuring telephone manner.
• Providing protection reviews to all new mortgage enquiries
•  Conducting annual reviews with existing clients to ensure their existing protection package is appropriate to their needs and circumstances
• Renewing policies or winning back lapsed customers
