Full Job Description

Role Description: Reporting to the Head of Financial Risk, you will be part of the Regulatory Finance team within UKMEA Finance, who provides expertise for all prudential regulatory matters across FNZ UKMEA which comprises of two MIFIDPRU investment firms.. Key responsibilities: Preparing, analysing and developing key internal capital and liquidity assessments including ICARA, stress testing, recovery plan, wind down plan and MIFIDPRU 8 disclosures. Close liaison with the risk owners/executive, the Risk & Compliance team and Board members. Assist in external prudential regulatory reporting to regulators. Internal monitoring of key prudential metrics (capital and liquidity). Assess impact of new regulations) on capital, Liquidity and reporting. Support on providing regulatory (prudential) support to ad-hoc projects. Support on providing advice on regulatory (Capital and Liquidity) impacts on new deals/new products. Regulatory capital and liquidity planning (including stress testing).

Supporting the on-going development and enhancement of the firm's stress testing framework (capital and liquidity). Conduct reviews on the key financial risks. Experience Required: The following skills and experience are required for this role: Analytical and numerate with strong technical skills and good attention to detail. Understanding of MIFIDPRU/ Investment Firm Regulation or Capital requirements regulation and Directive. Strong Microsoft excel skills. Excellent project management skills - comfortable hitting deadlines and working in a fast-paced, hands-on, high-growth environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, interacting with people at all levels (up to and including the executive Boards) and across all departments. Ability to work independently and assume responsibility for project deliverables. The following skills and experience are desired for this role: Prior experience with ICARA/ICAAP preparation and financial modelling. Part or fully qualified accountant
and / or regulatory professional with at least 3+ years industry experience.
