Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Purchase Ledger on a permanent basis.


This is a great opportunity working closely working for a well established, progressive company who reward hard work, innovation and success.


You will work as part of a small team and report to the Financial Officer.


Bank reconciliations experience is essential for this position.


Duties will include:


  • Processing high volume invoices per day
  • Matching, batching, coding invoices
  • Dealing with queries
  • Supplier Statement Recs
  • Preparing Payment Runs
  • Liaising with Suppliers daily
