Full Job Description

Temp Purchase Ledger Administrator

  • Pay Rate: 13 p/h
  • Location: Glasgow
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Temporary until end of October

We are seeking a temporary purchase ledger administrator to join our well-known client based in the South Side of Glasgow,.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Responsible for all aspects of purchase ledger
  • Matching, batching & coding high volumes of supplier invoices
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Preparing BACS payment runs
  • Processing large volumes of expenses.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to perform duties at this level, with relevant knowledge and skills acquired in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Sage would be advantageous
  • Strong organisational, time management, and prioritising skills.
