The Opportunity


An exciting new opportunity has arisen within our Finance Department for an enthusiastic team player who will assist in the efficient operation of the day to day financial function of the College including company ledger, organising accounting documents and multiple administrative tasks and projects as required.

 

How you will make an impact


As a key member of the Finance team, will be the primary point of contact for purchasing within the school, maintain the purchase ledger and undertake monthly reconciliations, including petty cash and credit card statements. In addition, you will act as the first point of contact for suppliers and general finance office enquiries.

 

What you need to succeed


You will have a meticulous eye for detail and exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong numeracy skills and previous working knowledge of maintaining purchase ledgers are essential. As is the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
