Full Job Description

Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Purchasing and Supply Chain Specialist. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in East Kilbride.

A critical role for the business. You will be tasked with ensuring parts and materials are sourced, ordered and delivered on time at the right cost and quantity.

Main Responsibilities:

Supplier management
Negotiation and tenders
Material scheduling
Continuous improvement of ERP system
Other duties deemed relevant to role.

Essential Skills and Experience

Previous experience within a procurement role
SAP B1 experience would be beneficial
A procurement qualification would be advantageous
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT literate
