QA Operator

Brightwork are delighted to support our client, with the recruitment of a fixed term QA Operator to join their team onsite in Ayrshire. 

The role - QA Operator 

This position is responsible for assisting in sampling and checking of incoming goods, in-process material and finished products. 

Duties will Include:

- Sampling and Testing of daily incoming goods and in-process materials to assure product quality.
- Recording and labelling of all sampled goods.
- Reporting non-conformances where applicable.
- Perform routing end of line quality inspections
- Routine calibration checks
- Release of components and ingredients to Good Stock.
- Ensure all operating areas and equipment are maintained to the required levels of GMP and cleanliness.
- Ensure all health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.

Who you are:

- You will previous experience working within a lab based position.

- Strong level of written and spoken English

- Ability to work well alone and part of the wider lab team

- Quick learner who can take initiative to support business requirements 

This role is offered on a temporary ongoing basis, working on a continental pattern (2 on – 2 off, 3 on – 2 off, 2 on -3 off).
