Full Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Electrical and Civil QA Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical and civil engineering projects, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality assurance inspections and audits for electrical and civil engineering projects.
• Review and verify project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
• Identify and report non-conformances, and work with project teams to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain QA procedures, checklists, and documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure quality standards are met.
• Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to quality plans and schedules.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on QA matters.
• Prepare and present QA reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related issues.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance for electrical and civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of QA processes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in QA software and tools (e.g., QA/QC management systems).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
