Full Job Description
PFC Careers are delighted to be working with a client to recruit a Quality Advisor on a 6 month contract. The project is working on a new power lines project in just outside Glasgow.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement and manage Quality Management systems.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations (QMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, among others).
- Carry out internal and external audits, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate the Quality Department team, promoting continuous development.
- Carry out data and quality reports, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
- Audit monitoring.
- Coordinate and execute tasks related to Occupational Health and Safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality practices into all processes.
- Coordinate the management of customer complaints and implement action plans to resolve problems.
- Prepare performance reports and present results to management.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the areas of engineering, quality, science or a related field.
- Experience in quality management.
- Experience in managing Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Systems - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and others;
- Proven skills in audits and data analysis.
- Ability to lead and manage teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
- Dynamic and proactive profile.
