Full Job Description

PFC Careers are delighted to be working with a client to recruit a Quality Advisor on a 6 month contract. The project is working on a new power lines project in just outside Glasgow.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and manage Quality Management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations (QMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, among others).
  • Carry out internal and external audits, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Coordinate the Quality Department team, promoting continuous development.
  • Carry out data and quality reports, proposing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Audit monitoring.
  • Coordinate and execute tasks related to Occupational Health and Safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate quality practices into all processes.
  • Coordinate the management of customer complaints and implement action plans to resolve problems.
  • Prepare performance reports and present results to management.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher education in the areas of engineering, quality, science or a related field.
  • Experience in quality management.
  • Experience in managing Integrated Quality, Environment and Safety Systems - ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and others;
  • Proven skills in audits and data analysis.
  • Ability to lead and manage teams.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and assertiveness skills.
  • Dynamic and proactive profile.
