Full Job Description
- Assist in the development and management of NOV standardized Quality Procedures and Policies appropriate to the organization's purpose
- Ensure the distribution of new issues and updates of UK Aftermarket Quality Management System procedures and practices
- Review and approve and upload revised or new Procedures, Work instructions and Forms to the NOV UK Smartbook (QMS)
- Participate in standardised approach to scheduling, controlling and conducting Supplier & Internal Audits
- Review non-conforming process and determine and take the most appropriate action utilising all available data sources, experience and knowledge
- Raise and process internal NCRs as required and determine and take the most appropriate action, using all available relevant data sources
- Ensure relevant internal NCRs are subject to root cause analysis
- Work with Purchasing Dept to ensure Aftermarket suppliers, especially in the areas of special process and quality critical work, are evaluated and monitored appropriately
- Review Corrective Actions to ensure root cause is addressed and actions are fully implemented
- Ensure that Risk Management, Management of Change (MOC) and Contingency process are correctly followed
- Identify areas for Improvements or Preventative actions to eliminate possible risks
- Ensure Quality Objectives, are measured and reported through preparation of Quality KPIs and statistics.
- Participate in Management Review Meetings and report to Management on performance of QMS
- Conduct and participate in QA training sessions
- Conduct competency assessment for the Quality Competency Modules
- Conducts Supplier Management process
- Travel when required as dictated by business need
- Perform any other duties as may be required to support the business
The UK Quality Assurance Co-ordinator works as an integral member of NOV Rig Technologies Aftermarket Operations organisation as well being part of a busy and diverse global quality group and must be able to show demonstrably high levels of competency and timeliness with written work and reporting. - Previous Quality Assurance Experience Skills, training or special knowledge
- Proficiency in MS applications

- Experience in Quality Auditing
