We are looking for reliable and ambitious Food Production Operatives on a temporary ongoing basis. As a Quality Controller you will oversee product quality to guarantee it meets company, regulatory and consumer standards. Weekly shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 06.00 - 14.30 (the successful candidate must be flexible to work additional hours).,

• Responsible for monitoring critical control points (CCP), food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Follow work instructions, HACCP, Food Hygiene Standards, and Health and Safety Standards.
• Responsible for collecting product samples for microbiology, and chemistry testing.
• Investigate and highlight non-conformance to the QC Team Leader or Supervisor.
• Complete scheduled audits including GMP, Glass and hard plastics and walk away standards.
• Complete paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
  
  Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in fast paced, effectively under pressure, and deadline-orientated environment.
• Be familiar with and follows the Company's Health and Safety Policies.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
