Quality / Stock Controller

Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading player within the FMCG industry for a Quality / Stock Controller Based out of the company’s site in West Lothian.

Due to the nature of the shift requirements some flexibility is needed; 8-hour days between the hours of 04:30 – 15:30. Working 5 days across 7 (maximum of 1 weekend day worked per week).

The successful candidate will be required to lift heavy boxes up to 22kg in weight, as well as be comfortable working at heights.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ripening produce aligned with customer demand
• Maintain adequate stock levels
• Abide by Health and Safety legislation
• Liaise with external hauliers
• Carry out intake checks

Essential Skills and Experience

• Experience with Fresh Produce beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• IT literacy
• Experience working within a Production or Stock Control environment would be beneficial.
