Full Job Description

An opportunity has opened up for an Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the an established sub contractor based in their head office near Glasgow, due to the expansion of services and client workload.


About the individual:

- Degree Qualified Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience

- Specialist sub-contracting experience is desirable

- Understanding and use of NEC3/4 Contracts

- Skilled in reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions

- Proficient in contract/project management, commercial acumen, pre and post contract processes

- Experienced in change control management, project cost value reconciliation, and risk management

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Word

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders


This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to engage across all aspects of the business, overseeing client expectations, and collaborating with the Management Team to explore new business opportunities.
