Bring us your capability, and we'll help you take it much, much further.What you'll be doing You will be a Quantity Surveyor with civils experience who will manages all budgets associated within their area of responsibility.

  • Conduct cost estimates, budget preparation, and cost control for assigned projects.
  • Manage and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct risk assessments and value engineering to optimize project costs.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure financial goals are met.
  • Regularly update project financial reports and providing insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations

    Experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Civil engineering experience would be advantageous.
  • Analytical Thinking & Decision Making
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The following qualifications are essential:
  • BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or experience equivalent
  • Working towards professional membership from the RICS, ICES or CIOB
  • CSCS Card (Academically Qualified/Professional Qualified Person)
  • The following is desirable.
  • Experience of working with the NEC4 Form of Contract
  • Experience with a Tier 1 contractor, ideally in civil engineering.
