Our client is seeking Quantity Surveyors to join their established team, they will consider applications from 2 years post grad experience up to Associate Director. This role will be suited to individuals working towards APC or senior level looking to develop to associate level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
  • Manage contract administration, including valuations and cost reporting.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to provide expert advice on cost management.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure financial targets are met.
  • Assist in dispute resolution and final account settlement.

Attributes

  • Qualifications: Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. RICS accreditation (or working towards) is desirable.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with standard forms of contract (e.g., NEC, JCT).
