QuickBook Trainer

Blue Arrow is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Trainer to work with our private sector client in Glasgow. The successful candidate will provide hands-on training to a staff member, focusing on how to effectively use QuickBooks for their day-to-day tasks, including uploading budgets, clarifying forecasts, and using formulas. This role requires a patient, detail-oriented professional who is comfortable with shadowing as a core part of the training process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver in-depth training on QuickBooks, covering essential functions, including budget uploads, forecast clarification, and formula usage.
* Work on-site 2 days per week with our client to provide tailored, hands-on training sessions.
* Shadowing during training sessions, demonstrating best practices and providing real-time support.
* Monitor progress and provide continuous feedback, ensuring the member of staff gains confidence and proficiency in using QuickBooks independently, particularly in financial tasks like budget management and forecasting.
