Contract: Permanent 

Work pattern: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Location: Wheatley Homes East, Bilston, Midlothian, EH20 9LZ

Our Repairs team, based at our Bilston workshop, delivers repairs, maintenance and investment services for customers in Wheatley Homes East properties, as well as for people living in Wheatley’s other subsidiaries in the east of Scotland.  

About the role

We now have a great opportunity to join our team as a Rapid Response Operative.

You will be responsible for delivering general void works, clearances, cleans and uplifts as well as some general maintenance tasks in customers’ homes and preparing void properties for re-let. You will also provide support to our local area housing teams.

This position requires a full driving licence and a satisfactory basic disclosure check.
