Full Job Description

  • Support in delivering the pressure systems and structural integrity management database from workpack creation to scope close-out and for answering any queries in relation to this. Activities include, but are not limited to:
  • Creating inspection workpacks using tablets
  • Assist with improvements to Integrity Management Database
  • Assisting to resolve any urgent issues with Integrity Management Database
  • Inputting inspection reports into database
  • Inputting CMLs from marked up drawings into database
  • Assist with collation of design and operating data for the database
  • Identify, monitor and deliver solutions for the support of Integrity Team and external clients to provide seamless database management from onshore to offshore.
  • Assist and monitor the Quality Control of the integrity life cycle data via various databases.
  • Actively drive Continuous Improvement of the Integrity Life Cycle within Data Management
  • Responsible for ensuring inspection reports are input into the integrity management database.
  • Additional duties may include those of Assistant Integrity Engineer role

    Knowledge of inspection report and FM/repair review process
  • Knowledge of integrity management process
  • HNC level education
  • Administration and data entry experience
  • Good communications skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Ability to learn business needs and pre-empt requirements
  • Ability to professionally manage confidential information
  • Good organisation skills to support work in a fast-paced role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of MS Access tools
  • Knowledge of BuildME
  • Knowledge of Workflow+
  • Microsoft office
