Real Estate Finance Paralegal

Edinburgh

Our client, a highly regarded and Legal500 ranked Scottish law firm, is looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their team in Edinburgh.

You will work within the wider Corporate team but your work will predominantly focus on Banking & Finance and Real Estate Finance tasks.

It is a client facing role where you will be drafting loan documents, proofreading various transaction documentation and post completion work, and preparing ancillary transaction documents.

Skills and Experience

2+ years of paralegal experience (commercial property/banking & finance/corporate) is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills
Proactive approach
Exceptional administration skills
Ability to prioritise workload
