Are you a motivated Real Estate Solicitor with a passion for clean energy? We are seeking a solicitor with 0-5 years PQE to join our market-leading Clean Energy Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects within the clean energy sector, with a focus on technologies such as offshore and onshore wind, solar, and battery storage. The role is based in either the Edinburgh or Glasgow office.

As a solicitor in our Clean Energy Real Estate team, you will:

• Handle a blend of transactional and advisory work, taking transactions from start to finish, including document drafting, client correspondence, and managing completions.
• Advise clients on a variety of real estate matters related to clean energy developments.
• Develop strong client relationships through regular contact and provide clear, practical advice.
• Enjoy a degree of autonomy that matches your experience, while receiving support from colleagues.
• Benefit from potential secondment opportunities to further expand your skills and industry knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Relevant Legal Experience in real estate, with a keen interest in the clean energy sector.
• Exceptional Time Management Skills to handle a diverse workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong Problem-Solving Abilities to provide practical solutions for clients.
• Outstanding Communication Skills for effective client interactions and collaboration with colleagues.
