receptionist

As our receptionist, your duties will include:

• Welcoming our guests on arrival


• Checking guests in and out


• Promoting food and beverage facilities.


• Providing information to guests on all hotel products and services.


• Be involved with taking payments, cash handling & balancing floats.


• Answering telephones and helping with guest queries
  
  The successful candidate will be organised, punctual and well-presented, with excellent communication and customer service skills. Knowledge of Opera would be advantageous.
  
  The Waterside Hotel is a purpose-built hotel situated in the port town of Peterhead, set in its own widespread gardens on the banks of the River Ugie. This 105-bedroom Aberdeenshire hotel is renowned as one of the best Scottish wedding venues, accommodating up to 250 guests, making it one of the few hotels in Peterhead big enough to adequately host the big day in style.
