Recovery & NDR Manager - ANG05248

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

You will be responsible for managing the Council Tax Recovery and Non-Domestic Rates team. You will require to ensure that NDR annual billing is carried out and that the Council Tax Recovery and NDR billing timetables are adhered to.

In addition, you will be required to manage the Sheriff Officer contact, provide management information regarding collection performance, write-off's and rates reliefs are administered.
