Recruitment Advisor (6-Month FTC with Potential to Go Permanent)

In this position, you’ll work closely with the client’s hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver a top-notch recruitment experience. You’ll manage everything from sourcing to offer management, championing an amazing candidate journey while also finding fresh, innovative ways to reach great talent.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Building Relationships: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers, the recruitment team, and stakeholders to fulfill critical recruitment needs and forge strong connections.
- Creating Compelling Content: Craft engaging job ads and social media posts that attract top candidates and reflect the client’s brand.
- Maximising Candidate Experience: From first contact to final offer, you’ll make sure candidates feel valued every step of the way.
- Driving Data-Driven Insights: Track and analyse recruitment metrics to inform strategies and ensure hiring goals are met.
- Thinking Creatively: Seek out fresh ways to engage talent and reduce reliance on standard job ads, adapting to new recruitment challenges and trends.
- Coaching Stakeholders: Support hiring managers in recruitment best practices and foster a diverse and inclusive hiring environment.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- A natural at building rapport with both candidates and internal teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves managing multiple priorities.
- Skilled at working with data and metrics to make informed, impactful decisions.
- Confident in interviewing and evaluating candidates, with solid knowledge of UK and ROI employment laws.
- An excellent communicator with top-notch writing and verbal skills and an eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
