Full Job Description
We are currently looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Recruitment Adviser to join our clients team to support in attracting and retaining top-tier talent across various functions. If you’re passionate about recruitment and creating a positive candidate experience, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. You’ll manage the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring consistency in attracting high-quality talent across both operational and support functions.
What You’ll Do:
- Utilise job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals to find the best candidates.
- Manage job postings, optimise recruitment strategies, and promote vacancies on job boards and LinkedIn.
- Screen CVs, review applications, and coordinate and conduct interviews
- Lead the successful onboarding of new hires, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Oversee the vetting process, including background checks, right to work verifications, criminal record checks, and references.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
- Deliver weekly/monthly reports on recruitment metrics and key insights to support strategic decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role, with a strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects at once.
- A proactive approach to sourcing candidates and an eye for identifying top talent.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- A positive attitude, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to delivering a top-notch candidate experience.
- Knowledge of HR systems and vetting procedures (background checks, reference checks, etc.) is a plus.
