If you are passionate about recruitment and dedicated to creating an exceptional candidate experience, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring consistency and quality in attracting talent for both operational and support roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
  • Manage and optimise job postings, ensuring vacancies are effectively promoted on job boards and platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Review CVs, screen applications, and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
  • Take the lead in the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for new hires.
  • Oversee all elements of the vetting process, including background checks, right to work verifications, criminal record checks, and references.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates to meet current and future recruitment needs.
  • Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics, offering key insights to support strategic hiring decisions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to candidate sourcing, with a keen eye for identifying high-quality talent.
  • Familiarity with recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
  • A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and vetting procedures (background checks, reference checks, etc.) is advantageous.
