We are looking for enthusiastic and customer focused individuals to join the Recruitment Team that will support developing a workforce for the future.
Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Advisor, you will work within the Recruitment Team to provide a high quality recruitment service to managers, staff and members of the public, and deal with a wide range of enquiries via telephone and email. These duties will include data retrieval and/or input to on-line systems, such as Talentlink and iTrent.
Working in the Recruitment Team you will have an active role to play in responding to recruitment enquiries and applying procedure to resolve problems, whilst ensuring enquiries are dealt with timeously and appropriately. In doing this, you will also build on and maintain recognised levels of excellent customer service.
Educated to Standard Grade, or equivalent, and with a moderate level of relevant experience of working within a customer focused environment, you will support applicants and managers on their recruitment journey. You will have excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills along with maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. You will be numerate and IT literate, with the ability to quickly learn the Talentlink and HR IT system, iTrent, and Microsoft applications.
You will be self-motivated with a diligent approach to customer service delivery and be able to plan and prioritise your workload.
This post is temporary for a period until until 31/03/2025
