Recruitment Coordinator| 6 Months (Inside IR35)| Fully Remote|

Harvey Nash's client is recruiting for a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6 month contract.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist with raising and approving recruitment requests
  • Post job adverts on ATS and LinkedIn, release vacancies to recruitment agencies, help arrange agency briefing calls
  • Manage team mailbox and deal with queries
  • Contact candidates to arrange interviews, issue confirmations
  • Assist managers with offers
  • Help sift applications to select candidates for interviews
  • Run daily reporting for various checks
  • Manage talent pools - keep candidates engaged and updated.

Key Skills

  • Experience of working with a Talent Acquisition team with a good understanding of the recruitment journey.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Confidence to challenge and influence
  • Experience with recruitment/HR systems and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence to engage with candidates and managers
  • Knowledge of recruitment policies, Right to Work guidance, and visa requirements.
