Anderson Knight is proud to partner with an industry-leading electrical contracting business in their search for a talented and dynamic Recruitment Manager. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering the flexibility of remote working and a competitive salary in the range of £55,000 - £65,000.


About the Role:


As the Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in attracting top talent to support the continued growth and success of our client’s business. You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, develop strategies to enhance employer branding, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the full recruitment life-cycle, from job briefings to on boarding.

• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies tailored to business needs.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide expert advice on market trends.

• Drive employer branding initiatives to attract the best talent in the industry.

• Utilise data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and report on KPIs.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and internal policies.


What We’re Looking For:


• Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager or in a similar role.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
