Full Job Description
Salary: Circa £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Mostly Remote with Occasional Office Days
Working Hours: part-time 20 hours per week (normal working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm)

Role Overview:
Iconic Resourcing is pleased to be supporting 3T Global in their search for a part-time Recruitment & Onboarding Manager. The successful candidate will take ownership of the recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and lead improvements in both recruitment strategy and internal processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the business, driving recruitment transformation and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Leadership:
- Lead the transformation of recruitment processes, creating a more efficient and effective system.
- Proactively source candidates directly, reducing reliance on external agencies.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Onboarding & Retention:
- Design and implement an enhanced onboarding experience that reduces turnover and boosts employee engagement.
- Analyse and address staff retention challenges, developing strategies to improve retention rates.
Project & Process Improvements:
- Introduce or refine systems to efficiently manage vacancies and streamline the hiring process.
- Lead initiatives focused on improving candidate experience and optimising internal recruitment practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in UK-based internal recruitment.
- Strong understanding of working with hiring managers at all levels to ensure alignment with business goals.
- A strategic yet hands-on approach to improving recruitment processes.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, private equity-driven environment.
- Experience addressing retention challenges and managing high turnover dynamics.
- Independent, proactive, and solutions-focused.
