Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for a dedicated and organised Recruitment Resourcer to join our high performing team in Glasgow City Centre. This role offers a starting salary of between 26,000 and 28,000 dependant on experience. You will also have the genuine opportunity to earn commission based on performance.

As a Recruitment Resourcer you will be tasked with:

• Screening candidate CV's: interviewing and matching the required skill set and attitude with our client's requirements
• Carrying out site tours, inductions and assessments in the office environment and onsite at client locations
• Placing candidates to work onsite ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages
• Candidate management including dealing with daily check ins, annual leave requests, shift scheduling, absence management and any related queries or issues
• Communicating with client and candidates via in person, by email and by telephone
• Database management - ensuring update of planners and providing accurate information to other team members and departments to ensure efficient flow of processes
• General admin tasks

• A salary of 26,000 to 28,000 per annum
• Working Monday to Friday - 8.30am till 5pm

What we're looking for:

• A solid work history and a can-do, enthusiastic approach to work
• Experience of working within a recruitment or resourcing role or transferable skills from another environment
• Someone comfortable dealing with clients and candidates on the telephone and face to face
• An ability to follow process and a desire to contribute positively to the overall high performance of the team
• An ability to operate at a high level within a fast paced, challenging environment
• Excellent administration skills
