  • Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in a B2B (business-to-business) context, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. If you haven't, you'll need to tell us the skills you have that you believe are transferable to a B2B sales role
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business environments and thrive in a competitive market
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time-management skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Communication: You'll be a great communicator across all channels: phone, email, and video calls; and you'll need to demonstrate how you've used these skills in a work environment.
  • Team Collaboration: We're looking for team players with a can-do attitude, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools for efficient account management and reporting
  • Target Driven: We work in a target driven environment, both in terms of effort and results and you'll need to be comfortable with this and have a passion for delivering against your targets
