Regional Financial Controller

Reporting directly into the Head of Operational Finance (Franchised Hotels), the Regional Finance Controller will:

• Assume full ownership and accountability for the preparation of accurate historical accounts and monthly forecasts.
• Be a key line of support to the Head of Operational Finance (Franchised Hotels) and the relevant General Managers within their cluster of hotels to drive robust financial performance.
• Promote a consistent culture of inclusion, collaboration, challenge, accountability and governance.
• Lead with energy to support the changing needs of each hotel, adapting and embedding agreed processes, controls and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with a variety of key stakeholders, inclusive of Regional Operation Directors, Regional Teams and General Managers.

  Previouis experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Solid, demonstrable experience in the insightful interpretation of financial information for operational and strategic decision making.
• Ability to think both strategically and operationally and work in a clear, logical, decisive and impartial manner.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to look beyond the numbers.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and work intuitively with a wide range of stakeholders.
