Location: To be discussed, but ideally you will be based in the North East with the ability to travel to the Homes in your region.
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care? We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Regional Manager to join our senior leadership team. As Regional Manager, you will provide leadership, direction, support and quality assurance. This will include developing detailed action plans and supporting homes to promote and safeguard the interests of the people we care for. With expert CQC knowledge and a hands-on approach when needed, you will be a visible and critical part of our senior operations team.
Reporting to our Chief Operating Officer, you will also be aware of the need to work in line with agreed financial and other performance targets, including those relating to Marketing and HR., + Provide leadership, direction, and support to the Home Managers and care teams within your region.
+ Develop and support care and nursing teams to ensure the wellbeing and interests of residents are safeguarded, promoting high-quality, personalised care.
+ Be a visible part of the senior leadership team, including working the on-call rota for out-of-hours support.
+ Ensure full CQC compliance and uphold the highest standards of care in line with regulatory requirements.
+ Work closely with the Directors and Chief Operating Officer, leading a programme of continuous improvement.
+ Manage performance in line with agreed financial and operational targets, including HR and Marketing objectives.
+ Ensure that each home operates efficiently while maintaining the highest levels of care and support for residents.

+ Extensive operational management experience in the care home sector.
+ Proven track record of working in a care setting, with a strong understanding of both care and nursing services.
+ Expert knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
+ Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
+ Strong financial acumen with experience in managing performance targets.
