relevant businesses, targeting and identifying opportunitiesOversee the interactions between the sales team and the hire desksIn conjunction with the Sales Director effectively plan and execute recruitment campaigns within the regionPersonally manage selected accounts within the Region - develop and manage a pipeline of projects (demonstrating profitable revenue) which is clearly visible to senior managementMarket Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, hire desks, marketing, major projects & technical team, to ensure seamless execution of rental contracts and customer satisfaction. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory updates to the UK Sales Director.Monthly reporting - Produce a monthly report for the region to cover progress, opportunities, concerns, industry analysis, project pipeline and competitor activityWhat
