Full Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our client's care team, working night shifts. As a key member of the nursing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents in a nursing home setting, maintaining their dignity, health, and well-being. You will work closely with the care team, residents, and their families to provide safe, person-centred care in line with care plans and regulatory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about older adult care.,

  • Deliver high standard nursing care to residents in line with their care plans and best practices
  • Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure residents' physical, emotional, and social needs are met
  • Support and mentor care assistants in delivering person-centred care
  • Maintain accurate records and report any changes in residents' conditions to the clinical team

    RGN (Registered General Nurse) qualification
  • Valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration
  • Prior experience working as a nurse in a nursing home environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
