Are you looking for the next step in your career? Our friendly team in Pentland Edinburgh is looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Registered Veterinary Nurse to join us.
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Pentland Vets4Pets on a full-time basis. You will help ensure a high standard of care for patients and clients. Nurses are the heart of our practice and perform an integral clinical role in caring for our patients. You must be comfortable with leading by example, have great communication and organisation skills and take pride in working to a high standard. You will have an interest in and want to learn about, the practice as a business, as well as how to contribute to the team to help achieve personal and practice goals. Ideally you will have experience in a Registered Nurse role. Key to your success will be your ability to embrace all aspects of the Veterinary Nurse role, delivering excellent patient and client care.
Team building is an important element for us. Events are arranged quarterly with structured fun activities designed to drive collaborative working while building trust and togetherness amongst the team. Our bright, air-conditioned surgery is purpose built to industry leading standards and has state of the art equipment including digital X-ray and in-house laboratory facilities. We're a nine-year-old Vets for Pets practice located at the foot of the Pentland Hills in glorious Edinburgh. The practice is independently run, by Hans and Kaidian, supported by a fantastic team, who are committed to delivering an outstanding level of service in the community and through this they have enabled a real "proud to be part of the team" work ethos., Pets just see people. This is a full-time position working 38 hours a week. The practice opening hours are 8.30am - 7pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30am - 6pm Saturday. In return, we offer:
