Relief Practice Administrator
Primary Care Department
Orcades Practice Stronsay Branch
Island of Stronsay
Band 3 £28,456 - £30,585 including Distant Islands Allowance pro rata per annum
Bank contract as and when required
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Stronsay Branch of Orcades Practice. The Practice Administrator plays a key role, undertaking duties which include using the clinical system for patient administration, taking calls and providing a welcoming environment.
The Practice Administrator will be required to perform a wide range of administrative tasks with minimum supervision while ensuring workload is processed efficiently and effectively. This post involves dealing with sensitive information therefore confidentiality is a key element of this role.
Applications are sought from individuals who are qualified to SVQ III in Administration or equivalent administrative experience. You must have the ability to work independently, flexibly and have excellent communication skills.
