Full Job Description

Relief Support Worker- West Lothian Area £12.00 per hour The Role We support people to enhance their quality of life at home and within their community. The role is very rewarding and inspiring. You will support people to identify and work towards meaningful outcomes and to reach their full potential. You will be supporting service users to live an independent life with bespoke levels of support in various areas in West Lothian. Our Support Workers provide a person centred approach of support, which makes our service very flexible and adaptable to each individual's needs. Support needs can range from: enabling a person to participate in their personal care, medication, liaising with healthcare professionals, domestic tasks, emotional and social support. You would also be required to record and report daily activities to ensure continued accurate support for our service users. This role would require, flexibility working across various shift patterns. Shifts generally are 7.30am -3.00pm

9.00am - 3.00pm, 3.00pm -10.00pm, 4.00pm - 8.00pm, We kindly ask that candidates check that they could travel to service for these shift times. Previous experience would be beneficial but is not essential as full training will be provided. An enhanced PVG is required for this role.
