Remote Working Locum - Senior Associate (Konexo Real Estate) - Scottish Qualified Lawyer

We are seeking applications for Scottish qualified lawyers (must hold current practicing certificate) to work on a remote temporary basis. Starting ASAP (Inside IR35).

The successful candidate will work in our Konexo real estate team, part of Konexo Legal Services. The team acts for financial institutions, property owning corporations, utility companies and infrastructure organisations. You will be working with a friendly and supportive team of lawyers, operational managers and legal assistants.

This work will include having conduct of complex residential property matters, supervising legal assistants, providing internal and external training, building excellent relationships with clients' business teams and delivering quality advice to clients.

The role would therefore suit a candidate who has excellent residential property knowledge, a commercial outlook, the ability to manage high volumes under pressure, is hardworking and a team player.
