Full Job Description

As a Senior Remuneration & Benefits Analyst for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, you will provide job, remuneration and benefits analysis and advice, and support global remuneration projects. This role can work from home in locations throughout the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia- Pacific. This role reports to the Worley Global Remuneration Director. What you'll do:

  • Undertake remuneration and benefits benchmarking, survey submissions and salary band development.
  • Perform remuneration compa-ratio and other analysis at an individual level and in aggregate. Provide interpretation and advice of the outcomes.
  • Monitor and provide advice on market movement/forecasts and remuneration trends.
  • Support the delivery and governance of the annual pay review and variable pay reward processes, including the review and set-up of data and preparation of reports and analysis.
  • Conduct job analysis and evaluations using our internal organizational framework and provide advice on job tiers to People team stakeholders.
  • Understand global remuneration frameworks including total remuneration packages, cash, and equity incentive plans.
  • Support remuneration and benefits projects, including but not limited to remuneration design, job framework implementation, reward strategy design and implementation, project bonuses, benefits renewals and gender pay equity.
  • Draft reports, toolkits and communications for People and business stakeholders.
  • Prepare external reporting as required within region and globally.
  • Support the implementation and renewals of employee benefits programs as required.
  • Recommend process efficiencies for benefits administration, including automation and technology solutions.

    To be considered for this role you will possess a combination of work experience, skills and or qualifications in the following areas:
  • Previous experience in remuneration in a People team/ Human Resources corporate or consulting environment or in a related function that is transferable such as Finance or Payroll (preferably in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders that is global in scale).
  • People/HR business partner experience is applicable and will be considered, dependent on experience facilitating pay actions/pay reviews.
  • Experience in job analysis, evaluation, and remuneration benchmarking.
  • Benefits experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work as part of a globally connected, virtual team.
  • Experience working with businesses directly that have supported the development of consulting skills.
  • Strong understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field.
  • Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
  • Some flexibility to work through various time zones if required for video calls/meetings.
