KPMG Managed Services provide an innovative and cost-effective solution to the delivery of large-scale review and/or processing activity across multiple industries, geographies and processes. The Managed Services operation is experienced in, but not limited to, remediation, complaint handling, claims processing, service delivery and conduct risk reviews. Managed Services Revenue targets are in excess of £20M pa and UK Operations is the principal delivery arm and driver of this revenue We bring together KPMG subject matter expertise, highly skilled operational resource and, where required, proprietary technology assets, providing clients with a single joined-up approach. Why Join KPMG as a Reporting & Insight Manager? The successful applicant will be responsible for using data to enable the continued success of managed services operations. To achieve this first and foremost you will be working with our operational teams, our Managed Services leadership team and our clients to make sure they have the right reporting, data and analysis available to them. This will involve both identifying and managing the requirements for those stakeholders and ensuring the delivery of reporting using your own skills and leveraging our offshore analyst resource. You should be able to guide our operational leadership on how to use that reporting to manage operations, identify reporting requirements, and lead on the execution of reporting within the operation. You'll also add value by proactively identifying areas where data-driven insight can create efficiencies and mitigate risks. Working with our technology teams you will put in place the right tools and infrastructure to allow the insight team to by effective. What will you be doing?

  • Design the appropriate set of reports with engagement operation leads to manage the engagements and use the wider insight team to implement those reports
  • Remove any blockers to report development, Initiate & manage projects as appropriate.
  • Provide information, analysis & technical and project management support for change requests and new projects
  • Ensure MI supports a structured and robust approach to performance management in Operations
  • Deliver effective and appropriate analysis to operations leads and clients to enable key stakeholders to make informed decisions based on sound recommendations
  • Contribute to the development of standard reporting infrastructure/systems across KPMG Managed Services and proactively synchronise all reporting development efforts
  • Investigate reporting issues and liaise with wider teams to find solutions when issues are identified
  • Ensure the policy, procedures and practices of the MI team comply fully with all legal and regulatory requirements and codes of practice/conduct, With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.     Proven experience in a people management/line management role
  • Demonstrable understanding of how reporting is used to drive operational effectiveness
  • Proven experience of MI Development or financial / operational reporting
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Ability to prioritise and assign tasks

  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Skills we'd love to see/Amazing Extras:
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Cloud hosted data platforms (AWS / Azure)
  • Familiar with project management including tracking deliverables to milestones
  • Experience of working in financial services
