Reservation Advisor

You'll be a key member of our Resort Sales team, and play a vital role in the start of the customer journey, helping to create memorable guest experiences. As a Reservations Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for all our guests' pre-stay needs across the family of hotels - assisting them in planning their hotel stays or day visits with warmth and professionalism.

Ideally, you'll have customer service experience in a hospitality setting however all relevant experience will be considered. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer service will shine as you assist guests in planning their perfect holiday. The ability to sell is a must, and you'll enjoy working to exceed sales targets. You'll be an effective communicator and demonstrate a passion for high levels of customer service and attention to detail. You'll have good numeracy, literacy, and computer skills. What we need from you: Acting as a brand ambassador at all times, you'll be filled with enthusiasm for creating memories for guests that will stay with them for a lifetime.
