Full Job Description

At Frasers Hospitality UK Ltd we are looking for a motivated Reservations Agent to join our team at Fraser Suites Edinburgh. You will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, implementing reservations procedures and supervising the reservations team. You will assist the sales team in maintaining open communications with clients and key accounts and help contribute to a culture of enthusiasm and success within the team and across the business.
This role will oversea all reservations for individuals and group esquires for the property. As a serviced apartment we are looking for someone who has the attention to ensure that we offer the best for our residents. Being the point of contact for all enuresis prior to arrival and after departure. This role does involve finance elements and switchboard.

You are a flexible and enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service who will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion - to create memories that our guests will remember. If you are an excellent communicator and problem solver this role will help you develop these skills further and your leadership skills will further expand as you effectively manage and motivate your colleagues. You should have previous experience in reservations and be driven to succeed and deliver the best results.,

  • You have proven experience in a similar role.

  • Impeccable language skills

  • Excellent written skill

  • Previous Experience with a PMS System

  • Previous Reservations Experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Personally meet all VIPS at the property

  • Prepare invoices for agents and residents

  • Handle commission inquires

  • Work with the revenue team in London on forward planning

  • Desirable would be someone who has experience with Webex

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.

  • You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for customer service.

  • You enjoy working as part of a team who all share the same passion - to create memories that our guests will remember.
