Residential Childcare Manager

We are recruiting for an experienced Residential Childcare Manager to help manage our established home in Dollar, Clackmannanshire. You will be responsible for the delivery of care and protection for the children and young people living within the home. You will also ensure that residential staff engage with children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives in a planned and purposeful way.

• Have previous experience working in a residential childcare setting
• Be familiar with the principles of Getting It Right For Every Child
• Have been involved in all Care Inspectorate Processes
• Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations
• Full driving licence
• You should also hold a Social Work qualification or Registered Managers Award or similar / SVQ Level 4 with registration with Scottish Social Services Council.
