Residential Childcare Worker - Day and Night

Are you compassionate and caring? Here at Todays Tomorrow we have a new opportunity for a full-time Residential Child Care Worker for dayshift and nightshift positions. You will work as a team, building trusting relationships with our children and young people who, at times can present with behaviours that may be challenging. For this reason, we are looking for people who are emotionally resilient and who are passionate about supporting children and young people to make positive life choices. Our residential child care workers support our children and young people through the day and night, promoting positive routines whilst ensuring our young people feel safe.

We are looking to recruit staff that have a sound knowledge and understanding of residential childcare therefore a minimum of 1 years' experience is desirable and qualified to at least SVQ Level 3 or equivalent.

Our shift pattern has a good work/life balance as you will work 12 hour shifts below:

Day Shift

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Night shift

4 on, 4 off
