Our Client a dynamic, professional Estate Agents are looking for an experienced, motivated and driven Property Negotiator to join their successful team based in Edinburgh.


The successful candidate will thrive on offering all clients an exceptional ‘customer experience’ from start to finish… Providing expert advice and personalised service.


Fantastic knowledge of Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee property sales from initial inquiry to under offer, ensuring a smooth and professional process.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance on property sales and acquisitions.
  • Coordinate viewings, negotiate offers, and liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with potential clients and effective negotiation.
  • Provide market advice to clients on property values, trends, and the best strategies for sale and purchase negotiation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and competitors.
  • Generate leads and promote all property services through effective marketing strategies.

Experience / skills

  • Proven track record of success in property sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience as a property negotiator.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients and business introducers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local property market.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
