ROLE: Residential Property Solicitor / Senior Solicitor

LOCATION: Edinburgh or Glasgow

POSITION: Permanent - Full time / Hybrid

Iconic Resourcing is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor/Senior Solicitor based in either Edinburgh or Glasgow. We are recruiting on behalf of a prominent Scottish law firm, offering expert legal, property services. This firm is dedicated to providing the highest level of advice and service to clients and is renowned for its collaborative and inclusive workplace.

The Role:

The firm are looking to further strengthen the Residential Conveyancing team with the appointment of a talented Solicitor / Senior Solicitor.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Providing full support to a busy residential conveyancing team.
• Maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and referrers while identifying new business development opportunities.
• Maintaining regular client contact and ensuring a high standard of client service.
• Drafting and revising legal documentation.
• Examining title deeds.
• Handling all aspects of the conveyancing process, including purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title, and discharges.
• Supporting junior team members where required.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Scottish Qualified Solicitor.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of all aspects of residential conveyancing.
• Ability to build relationships and seek out new business opportunities.
• Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.
